Nothing much has been revealed regarding the possible release date of the game WWE 2K18. Last year’s title was launched across consoles in the middle of October, while the PC edition will be released on February 7, 2017, in Standard and Deluxe versions. On May 31, 2016, the creators revealed Goldberg as the bonus character when users would pre-order them. So the launch of the game WWE 2K18 is once again something that fans are looking forward to. Like the previous game in the series, we think a 2K will launch the game around early to mid-October in 2017. So fans can keep their fingers crossed for a Q4 release of the upcoming edition of the WWE 2K series.

WWE 2K18 is surely going to be one of the most talked about games of 2017. The hype around this upcoming video game is already increasing with each passing day, and it seems like WWE 2K18 Release Date will be officially announced much sooner than our expectation.

WWE 2K18 Gameplay Features and Rumors

WWE in real life has been an action-packed freestyle wrestling competition. And you can expect the same when it comes to the virtual world. In fact, the WWE 2K series has been a real hit among the gamers who follow WWE in real life. So it will be great news for them as we predict an October release of WWE 2K18. And this upcoming title promises further enhancement to an already high-end game. The gameplay is definitely going to be even smoother with all the technical upgrades coming in. The animation will be even better than what it has been in the previous versions of the game. Players can certainly expect to have better control while making an attack and the reactions are also expected to be visible even more clearly than before.

The fighting board is going to more prominent that is bound to make seasoned players all the more excited about getting ahead with the game. Also, the camera angles are going to get even more accurate to give a better real life feeling. Also, the crowd variety is the feature that is going to be upgraded for it is the viewers’ reactions to a match that matters when it comes to games, be it in real life or virtual life. Fans can also expect to see an overall upgradation of the presentation of the game. The facial features, that is, the facial expressions, the facial complexions, everything is going to get much better with the advent of WWE 2K18.

One idea that we have on our minds for WWE 2K18 is the ability to take fights truly out of the ring. This was brought in WWE 2K17 to some extent, and that’s a great start. But imagine if you could play the game in a setting where you could basically just take the fight anywhere you want without restrictions. You could also use anything that you can get your hands on in diverse ways, like hurling them at your opponent or smashing them to the ground. We imagine something like this will take some serious amount of work, especially in a yearly cycle. But it will be worth it.

However, no talks about improvements in presentation can be complete without a word about the commentary. While the overall handling definitely feels better, the commentary aspect in WWE 2K17 is pretty painful to endure. One of the foremost things that fans everywhere want to see with WWE 2K18 is a more enlivened and authentic commentary element.

Rumors have been floating in the air that Kurt Angle is going to make an appearance in WWE 2K18. With all the rumors doing the rounds that Kurt Angle is going to join World Wrestling Entertainment in the past few months, it might just be set to happen in 2017. If the rumors turn out to be true, Kurt Angle will be added to the roster as an ‘additional character’ in 2K18. But it would be far better if Angle was introduced in WWE 2K18 as part of the 2K Showcase, the popular new mode that 2K chose to do away with in the last game.

What about pre-order bonuses though? Talks have been going on for long enough about which character 2K might introduce as reward for pre-ordering the game this year. But while choices are aplenty, there are a few that fans seem to favor the most. Among these characters, one of the most popular picks is undoubtedly CM Punk. The star has been out of the ring for a few years now, and there is no real evidence to suggest that he might be coming back. But if 2K could pull some strings and get him to be the pre-order bonus character for WWE 2K18, then we would be very happy indeed. Another popular pick that we like is Owen Hart. Hart had tragically lost his life after he met with an accident while performing in 1999, but seeing this legend in any respectable capacity in this year’s game would be amazing.

WWE 2K18 Online Features

The upgraded online features of the game WWE 2K18 are going to be one of the main sources of attraction for the gamers. For this section will allow a player to get the feel of a real-time match. He will be able to train his selected character in his own way before the start of the actual match. 2K Tonight will also provide night events, and this will make the users earn a lot during competitions.

WWE 2K18 System Requirements

While we already know that WWE 2K18 will launch later this year, the official PC system requirements for the upcoming wrestling game are not yet known. However, the specs listed below should be able to give the game a smooth run on your PC.

WWE 2K18 Trailer

No official trailers have come out. But keep your eyes on this post as we will provide you with all the latest updates as soon as the creators announce anything new.

WWE 2K18 Price

It can be speculated that WWE 2K18 will be priced around the same range as that of its predecessor WWE 2K17. WWE 2K17 had a price tag of $59.99 when it came out in the market. It is speculated that the price of WWE 2K18 is going to be set around that mark. The highest we are expecting the prices for the Standard Edition to go up to is $69.99 for the console and PC versions.

Conclusion

It can be speculated that WWE 2K18 is going to be a smash hit once it hits the market in 2017. The game is estimated to be made available to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC very much like the previous edition that is currently available on the market. The real question is, however, if PC gamers will get to grab hold of the game alongside console players this time around, or if they will have to wait for the year to take a turn once more. What do you think will happen in WWE 2K18? Tell us what the next game needs to make it a total winner in your opinion in the comments below.

  • Put goldberg,Scott hall,Kevin nash, sting in the game no pre order and no dlc for then that would be great and possibly the wcw nitro arena again in 2k18

  • They need to take parts of the older WWE games that was actually made by THQ and put them in WWE 2K18. Better create a wrestler, arena, championship belt, moves, and more. Also, add your own music. THey also need to stop with this DLC crap because its just extra money. Ever since the X Box One and PS$ came out they have been making more money by charging customers what they did not charge for X Box 360 and PS3.

  • The Collector’s Edition should come with the season Pass. It should be come with all the DLC Packages as well. Like THQ did when it first came out.

  • For wwe 2k18 they need to bring back all of the old match types that they used to have like strecher match ,ambulance match, outside fighting ,burried alive match’s,street fight, ambrose asylum, punjami prison match ,3 stages of hell, chairs match, inferno match,i quit match, casket match and more wwe showcase modes

  • they should add face expressions, with 4 could be done, a suffering (like when they are in pain like in a submission hold or dizzy from the beating, angry like the face that Orton makes when he is punching the mat ready to attack, happy like when they win a match, and neutral could be when nothing special is happening.
they could also add Strategy. not have the computer wrestlers do random moves, 2K can learn from the WWE the basics of strategy, they learn that in the development system, for example Alberto del Rio used to attack the arms a lot, so that in the end he would use an arm breaker and force the opponent to tap out easier, Sheamus could hit the head more so that the Brogue kick would be more effective, when some small guys are against big guys, they attack the legs, you can base strategy from “what part of the body of opponent gets more damage when the wrestler applies its stronger moves?” the opponent could try to attack the wrestler making it weaker to perform that move, like some wrestlers attack the high flyers in the legs or arms, so they have difficulty to perform that move, they could attack more a part of the body that will cause more damage when their strongest move is applied, some could even roll out of the ring to regain energy if they are running low, or could evade a wrestler and make it hit itself to reverse the damage if the other wrestler is too strong and they are going weak, evading like when they are laying on the mat and move aside, or get out of the way when the opponent is running towards them, or move aside from the corner and the wrestler hits the ringpost, the ringpost seems to cause a lot of damage, you can learn a lot from WWE.
the only one without strategy could be Dean Ambrose.

  • Please WWE to make WWE 2k18 the best game ever please on xbox 360 because that’s the game I have make a road to wrestlemania, 2k showcase, ambrose asylum, universal champion on there, smackdown women’s champion on there, smackdown and raw tag team champions on there, the shied attire where you can change it to it and the shield theme, the actual draft arenas which means that I hope the floors lights up with there entrances, buried alive matches, my career mode, have goldberg, kurt angle, nakaumara, cruiser weights roster and belt, all the nxt women’s, and when they win money in the bank have them come out with the bank mitb during the entrance, have entrance during eliminations. Hopefully they actually would do this because I was really happy when I got wwe 2k17 but I was upset when I found out there is no my career mode and I don’t want to buy a wwe game for just about $70.00 but there is no good stuff on there and have to pre order to get the good stuff. Also wwe 2k17 cover should be all champion that is on raw and smackdown should be on it or just the world champion and universal champion.

  • There needs to be more extreme modes. Sabu , rvd. The ecw shpwcase or something. Be able to do more with weapons. Set up chairs in the ring to launch off of or jump from the chair onto the ropes and springboard inside or outside the ring. More handcore the better. Be able to do career mode with anyone not just CAW. bring back career mode specific belt chases and be anyone or caw whatever. Man that would be dope. When u slam someone on a chair or ladder it should have that sound. Plz 2kmake that happen huge roster all legends from wwe, wcw and ecw not just 4 like 20 ecw guys. Please

  • Ok wwe2k18 it’s going too be real game and I know that wwe2k18 it’s going too be a real game and make real persons and real people and I just can’t wait when the game of wwe2k18 comes out ☺ and it’s going too be a good game.
